Ask your books. They know.

Cash, burn, runway, and what to tell the board. Computed live from your reconciled books, answered in plain language, traced to the source.

Know where every euro went

Burn by category, computed live from your reconciled books. Every figure opens to the journal entries behind it, so the analysis ends at the transaction, not at a chart.

Test the decision before you make it

Ask what two more hires do to your runway. Well answers from your real burn, with the new monthly figure and the worst-case run-out date. Full scenario modeling is on the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions

What can Well show me about my cash?

Cash position across every account, average burn, runway in months, a cash forecast with a worst-case band, a cash-flow waterfall, and your cost structure by category. All computed live from your reconciled books.

Does Well build a full P&L or balance sheet?

Today Well focuses on cash analytics: position, burn, runway, forecast, waterfall, and cost structure. It does not yet roll your ledger into a P&L, balance sheet, or cash-flow statement.

How is this different from a dashboard tool like Agicap or Pigment?

Those tools import your actuals and ask you to build a model. Well computes the analysis directly on your reconciled books, with no data modeling and no implementation project. You ask in plain language instead of building dashboards.

What is the difference between FP&A and Well's dashboard?

Same books, two surfaces. FP&A is the conversation: you ask and Well answers with a sourced figure or chart, and every answer takes a follow-up. The dashboard is the standing overview: the same numbers assembled as blocks on a live canvas you can share. Because both compute from the same books, the two always agree.

Where do the numbers come from?

Well connects your bank and billing tools and reconciles them into your books. Each answer is computed from those posted entries at the moment you ask, and you can follow any figure back to the journal entry and the bank transaction behind it.

How accurate is the cash forecast?

The forecast is computed deterministically from your trailing actuals, with a worst-case band for stress-testing. There is no model guessing the numbers, and it recomputes as new transactions land.

Do I still need an accountant?

Well builds your FP&A view on top of already-reconciled books, so you see cash and runway without an analyst. For statutory accounts and advisory, you still work with your accountant. Well gives both of you the same sourced numbers.

Does it work across multiple entities and currencies?

Yes. Ask for cash and you get one FX-aware number across every account, entity, and currency you connect, or the view for a single entity when you ask for it.

Can I ask for any chart?

Yes. Ask in plain language and Well returns the figure or renders a chart, computed live from the graph. No dashboards to configure first.
