How the skill answers

Every step of the run, in order, with the card each one returns. A step that hands its work to another skill says which one.

  1. You ask

What is important for me to do today?

  3. Fix the day, in the person's own time zone
  4. Find the person's own calendar
  5. Read the day's events
  6. Read the open work
  7. Order the day
  8. If any required step errors or returns unusable data
  9. Write the answer in the message before the closing step
  10. You get

3 meetings today: 09:30 pipeline review, 11:00 call with your accountant, 15:00 supplier check-in, which is still tentative. Then the open work: September is still open to close, and 4 invoices are still missing. A calendar that is not connected is named, never shown as a free day.

Frequently asked questions

Which calendar does it read?

Your own calendar in Well, the one of the Google account you connected. It reads events only, and it never shows you another member's private events.

What if my Google calendar is not connected?

It says so, gives you the link to connect it when Well has one, and answers from the work Well tracks for your workspace alone, rather than presenting a list with no meetings as a free day.

Can it change my calendar?

No. It reads only, so it cannot create, move, accept or decline an event.

Why is a meeting not in the list?

A cancelled event is left out because it will not take place. An event on a calendar that is not yours is left out too, because the list is about your own day.
