What is a token, and how do the action counts work?

A token is the unit AI models bill in, roughly a few characters of text. Each task uses a measured amount, so we divide your monthly budget by that to show the rough number of questions, agent tasks and documents it covers. Mix them however you like.

Are tokens shared between seats?

No. Each seat gets its own monthly budget. Two seats means twice the budget. Seats never share a pool.

What if I run out?

Top up anytime, or turn on auto-top-up with a monthly ceiling you control, so nothing stops mid-task. Your data keeps syncing either way.

Does the budget roll over?

No. Your budget is monthly and resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Can I connect tools without spending my budget?

Yes. Connecting and syncing do not spend your budget. Each plan includes a set number of connected tools and banks, and you only spend on what your agents do on top.

Where is my data processed, and is it used to train AI?

Your data is processed in your region. AI is billed at the model provider's benchmark rate with no markup, and we may route different operations to different models. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What is the difference between Starter and Business?

Business gives a monthly budget over three times the size, plus more workspaces, banks, connected sources and records, so a team can run daily. Both plans include reconciliation, categorization, OCR document extraction, bulk export, API access and the Well MCP.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Monthly billing, no lock-in.
